Welcome to the new web home for the Michigan State University and Lansing Community College Christian Challenge groups. As a new school year begins so does this new site. So, stay tuned and keep coming back to see all the latest changes and for all the latest info about what Christian Challenge is up to in 2007-2008.
Once a month the various groups of Christian Challenge gather for worship, learning, and fellowship. The schedule of those Friday evening gatherings can be found below.
E=encouraging one another
D=discovering truth together
G=growing spiritually together
E=expanding the group
EDGE groups are designed to provide an atmosphere of learning truth and helping one another think about that truth and apply it to our lives. There is a teaching time followed by gender groups where the lesson is discussed and time is spent encouraging and praying for one another and plans are made to serve each other as well as some outside the group.
MSU EDGE=Thursday nights, 7:30 pm in the Bryan Hall 1rst floor lounge
LCC EDGE=Tuesday nights, 7:30 pm, 212 Loree Drive, East Lansing
Tuesday nights from 7:00-8:30pm, there is a meeting of international students who are wanting to improve their English speaking and comprehension skills. The only rule is that you must speak English only during the meeting. This group meets weekly from 7:00-8:30 in the conference room in the Owen Hall basement.
